Follow 2.8 miles until you see the Curtis House and Nordic Skater signs on your left. From the North: Interstate 91 South to Exit 13. At end of ramp, go straight onto US 5 South and follow 0.8 miles until you see the Curtis House and Nordic Skater signs on your right. |

Call at least 24 hours ahead to schedule an appointment and reserve equipment. Spring-Summer-Fall Inline Skating: Mondays & Wednesdays in Burlington, Vermont. Tuesdays & Thursdays in Stowe, Vermont and Montréal, Québec. Saturdays & Sundays in Montréal, Québec and the surrounding region. | |

Our Shipping Policy Domestic (USA) customers: Most orders shipped to street addresses go by UPS Ground. Allow 1 to 5 business days for delivery. 3-Day, 2-Day and Overnight service is available for an additional charge. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes and APO Addresses go by Priority Mail. Package tracking is not available with this service. If faster delivery or package tracking are necessary, we can ship by Express Mail for an additional charge. Canadian & International Customers: There are 4 choices for shipping to Canada: USPS Air, USPS Global Express, UPS Standard or UPS Expedited. UPS Standard is not available outside Canada; select from one of the opther three options. Package tracking is available on all shipments except USPS Air. IMPORTANT: Duties and taxes may be assessed by local officials. We are not responsible for duties or taxes, which will be billed to you separately. Please contact your local customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items. We are not responsible for any return charges due to your failure to pay duties or taxes. For orders returned to us by UPS or USPS due to the customer's failure to pay duties/taxes, a store credit will be issued, with no exceptions. Our Cancellation & Return Policies Your satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the products we sell, because we ski and skate on them ourselves! 1. Any in-stock item may be returned for exchange or credit, if it is still in new condition with no visible signs of use, and if you return it in the original box with all accessories. 2. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. 3. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. For domestic (USA) customers, we offer free ground shipping on the first exchange. 4. Special orders and custom-assembled items CANNOT BE CANCELED and are NOT RETURNABLE. Custom-assembled items include roller skis with bindings, cross-country skis with bindings, and custom-cut ski poles. In cases of manufacturing defect, please contact us at (802) 649-3939 or (866) 244-2570 for repair or replacement of the defective item. 5. Shipping charges are not refundable. | |
